In these uncertain times, we would like to briefly update you on the way Elektor is handling the current coronavirus-related situation.

As much as anyone, we have been very aware of the wellbeing of those we care about — at home, at work and around the world. Together we stand strong. With the wellbeing of our co-workers and clients in mind, we have taken many measures to address the consequences of the virus spread. And we continue to closely follow the news and guidelines as we go.

 


More than 70% of Elektor’s team — editors, service staff and even our some of our LABS employees — started working from home last week. We greatly appreciate our staffers who work continuously to take care that the orders from the Elektor stores are taken care of. Obviously, this is done with the utmost respect to everyone’s safety – yours and our own. We are strictly following the guidelines of the Dutch government and all our partners in the supply chain.

Our Customer Service Team continues to operate, albeit from various home offices. You can still reach us by phone if needed, but we strongly encourage you to use e-mail. Doing so will enable us to handle each question in a timely manner.

Our online store remains available to you 24/7. We are in constant contact with our suppliers and continue to guarantee that your orders will ship reliably within the time stated on our web store.
