After two years of streaming information-packed online presentations, Elektor Academy is delighted to have reached its twentieth webinar! Working with element14, this webinar is intended as a guide to some of the new and impressive features of Flowcode Version 6. The new version now includes a larger library of components, a facility for users to make their own components, near real-time simulation, and new features for testing electronic systems in circuit.

The webinar will begin by demonstrating how to interface external electronics using an embedded device and Flowcode’s components. From there, Ben Rowland and Jonathan Woodrow will walk us through combining the new Flowcode simulation interface (for monitoring purposes), reacting to the incoming data and eventually developing algorithms to interact with said data.

There will also be time dedicated to machine control applications including SCADA, the E-blocks EB006 v9 PIC multi-programmer with Ghost technology and Flowchart based ICD.

The presentation will be wrapped up with a general overview of the DSP and control aspects of Flowcode Version 6 with some more advanced examples for those of you who feel up for a real challenge.

To make sure you have the greatest level of understanding possible, this webinar has two presenters! Both hailing from the birthplace of Flowcode, Matrix Multimedia, Ben and Jonathan are embedded (responsible for Flowcode components and E-blocks hardware) and software (responsible for Flowcode functionality and API) engineers, respectively.
