Hi Hans, again, sorry for the delay. I looked the code and yes, there is a problem.  In case of 3 detectors, I forgot the line to send the distance to the vibrators. Please find the code corrected, and the .HEX compiled with the 3 detectors and the correction. These files are only for 3 US sensors !  Let me know if it is ok now, Laurent

WHAT IS HAPPENING ?    NO-ONE IS WRITING ANYTHING !  Did anybody besides me buy and assemble the kit ?? I have a problem:   The OLED-display is not working at all and I don't even know if the program is correct.  The tip gets hot though. What about the pre-compiled code ?  How is that uploaded ?  AVRDUDE ?

It may also be possible to rewire the I2C display for SPI use. Some of these displays have jumpers (0R resistors) that allow to do this. Look up the schematic of your display.

No. The circuit you refer to uses two thyristors anti-parallel. Two different gate signals are needed then, each referenced to the kathode the respective thyristor. Our circuit only generates one gate trigger signal. There is a link to a AC Voltage Controller Kit which has a dedicated trigger circuit for this.
