Introducing the OP-series opamps

Dozens of new, improved operational amplifiers are introduced every month by leading le manufacturers around the world. A number of high-performance opamps from the 'young' OP-series are described in relation with construction projects featured in this magazine over the past year or so. The reasons for preferring these new devices over, say, a Type 741 are manifold and call for an introduction to opamp selection criteria.
