State-of-charge tester

The tester is intended to determine the state of charge of a N'Cd or NiMH battery precisely. Also, the counter module linked to it it enables the capacity to be read. lt is meant for a battery containing 12 cells, which makes it suitable for use with the battery-operated preamplifier published in the january/february issues of this magazine.
