Two newcomers in the E-Lab

Here we compare the LeCroy WaveAce 224 and a Tektronix TDS2024B [3] with the same basic specifications: 4 channels, 200 MHz bandwidth and a maximum sample rate of 2 gigasamples/s (per channel). Both devices use a 6-inch colour LCD display in QVGA resolution (320 x 240 pixels) and are equipped with a USB connector for hooking up to a PC plus a USB host interface for memory sticks and external drives.
