Economical Voltage Monitor

Powering stand-alone circuits from solar cells is perfectly possible as long as continuous operation is not required. You can also accumulate the relatively low energy output of solar cells until you have enough to power a circuit for a short while. How do you know when you have enough? You use a voltage monitor.
