Send a dedicated mailing with your own message, look and feel, and campaign objective to selected language editions from Elektor’s GDPR-compliant mailing database. Partner Mailings are ideal for white papers, technical articles, webinars, product launches, and event campaigns.
Elektor supports the design, selection, technical setup, and sending of the Partner Mailing. Multiple language editions can be combined in one request. Partner Mailings are sent on Wednesdays.
How Partner Mailing works
Unlike an editorial newsletter placement, a Partner Mailing is fully dedicated to your information, product, white paper, webinar, or campaign offer. Elektor formats the mailing and sends it to a selected audience at an agreed Wednesday send date.
The mailing is entirely focused on your brand, content, product, or offer rather than appearing as one placement inside a newsletter.
Two selection criteria are included by default. Additional segmentation can be discussed depending on the campaign objective and audience fit.
Provide a ready-to-use 600 px HTML file or supply text and images so Elektor can format the Partner Mailing for delivery.
Rates and reach
Partner Mailing prices are calculated by CPM and selected address volume. The design and selection fee is waived for bookings of 10,000 addresses or more.

Campaign selector
Use this selector to prepare a Partner Mailing availability request. Select one or multiple language editions, choose your total address volume, and the campaign price will be calculated from the applicable CPM tier and design/selection fee.
Partner Mailings are sent on Wednesdays. Please select a Wednesday as your preferred send date. You can also add alternative Wednesday dates in the campaign notes.
After clicking “Request availability,” your email client will open with the selected campaign details prepared. Please send the email so the Elektor media team can check availability, audience selection, and timing.

Minimum purchase: 5,000 addresses. Multiple selected languages are combined.

Yes. You can select one or multiple language editions. The available subscriber count is combined, and the campaign price is calculated from the selected total address volume.

The minimum purchase is 5,000 addresses. The selector automatically uses 5,000 as the minimum address volume.
For bookings below 10,000 addresses, a €500 design and selection fee applies. For bookings of 10,000 addresses or more, this fee is waived.
You can provide a ready-to-use HTML file with a width of 600 pixels, or provide text in Word plus images. Image formats can include JPEG, PNG, or GIF.
