Welcome back to a new day at electronica!

Day 2 of electronica 2022 is here. In general, we are curious about what people have in mind regarding one of our most debated subjects: Ethics in Action. So, we came up for today with a Vox populi: "What about the ethics in your company?", and much more.

“Sustainability is a big issue with many of our clients. The electronics industry in general has a lot of people that talk the talk but do not walk the walk. When companies are not ready we can council them. We do check our clients and we turn down fossil fuel companies and companies that and do not have an open equality statement.”

“The whole concept is sustainable: we retrofit existing objects. We work with big global companies and with every partner sustainability is an issue. We need to be compliant for them. We are a young company so we have not seen the full lifetime of product yet but we have a good plan already that needs to be developed as we move along.”

“We make bigger soldering systems for reworking; if one component is damaged, we have the system to take this one out and replace and resolder a component. We are the market leader in rework. All our manufacturing and offices is in Germany so we are preparing for the new rules. We also have plans to be completely CO2 neutral in five years.”
