The SPDL series offers ultra-thin, compact SMD packages with excellent thermal characteristics and AECQ-200 compliance. Other features include 90Ω to 2200Ω impedance range at 100MHz, 150mA to 400mA current capacity, and -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range.
