memetis is a deep-tech, research-based spin-off from the Institute of Microstructure Technology (IMT) / Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) that designs and manufactures shape memory alloy (SMA) based products, especially for fluidic applications.

memetis GmbH develops and manufactures ultra-compact miniature valves and highly integrated microfluidic systems. Innovative actuator technology based on shape memory alloys ensures increased miniaturization of fluidic components and systems and a resulting high packing density. Especially applications in the Life Sciences benefit from more compact fluidics systems, e.g. to enable the use at the Point-of-Care with portable devices.
