When you don’t live in a part of the world where the temperature is always above 20 degrees Celsius, your house or apartment probably has a heating system. Heating costs money and so people always look for ways to keep heating expenses as low as possible. A scientific approach of this problem starts with collecting data to get a feeling of the system.

- Outgoing water temperature
- Return water temperature
- Outside temperature
- Hot water temperature
- Hot water heating temperature
- Burner on/off time

We don't know whether this is worth considering within this ESP8266 project, More parameters (e.g. in/out temps of the heat pump) and a more complex system. Your comment, please.
