The dScope Series III family of audio analysers from PrismSound features comprehensive analogue and digital audio signal generation and analysis capability along with support for digital audio carrier testing, quasi-anechoic microphone/loudspeaker analysis, and testing of Windows sound devices. For users who do not need the full feature set of the top-range systems, PrismSound has expanded the family with the dScope Series IIIE audio analyser, dubbed the ‘Essentials' package.

Series IIIE includes the most commonly used measurement functions for analogue, digital and soundcard-based audio measurements, such as FFT analysis and impulse response. It also offers multi-channel switching capability and modern analysis methods, such as multi-tone and chirp. The new audio test and measurement system consists of a Windows software application coupled with an external high-precision audio I/O processor for connection to the equipment under test.
