The acquisition agreement was finalized on May 1, 2023, marking an exciting milestone for both companies.
Having collaborated for some years already, the acquisition of Elettronica & Maker by Elektor represents a logical next step in the relationship. By bringing together the expertise and resources of both teams, Elektor aims to strengthen its position as a global leader in the publishing sector and further enhance its offerings in the field of electronics.
