The existing SVA1000X series will be extended by a new model which supports up to 3.2 GHz bandwidth. From now on it is also possible to perform measurements such as antenna matching in the widely used 2.4GHz ISM band. Additionally, with the introduction of the SVA1032X, the vector network analysis function is integrated and enabled as standard for the entire SVA1000X series.

SIGLENT Technologies presents a novelty from the product group of spectrum analyzers. The existing series of spectrum & vector network analyzers SVA1000X is extended by an additional model with 3.2GHz bandwidth. Furthermore, with the introduction of the SVA1032X, the beforehand optional vector network analysis function will be included in the SVA1015X model as a standard functionality. Like its small partner, the newly introduced SVA1032X can also be supplemented with additional measurement functions (SVA1000X-AMK). This extension package was also extended with two further measurements. In addition to the previous measurements of channel power (CP), adjacent channel power (ACPR), occupied bandwidth (OBW), TOI and waterfall diagram (monitor), the harmonic and carrier-to-noise ratio (CNR) measurements are now also part of the option.

The, still available, EMC package offers EMI filter bandwidths of 200Hz, 9kHz, 120kHz and 1MHz as well as the quasi-peak detector defined in CISPR. In addition, the SVA can be equipped with a vector signal analysis function for analog and digital modulations (SVA1000X-AMA/DMA). This can be used, for example, to measure the error vector magnitude (EVM) of PSK, MSK or QAM modulated signals. In combination with the very good basic specifications (DANL -161dBm/Hz, <-98dBc phase noise, <0.7dB total amplitude accuracy) the SVA1000X series is a maximum-flexible solution for the many different challenges when designing RF circuits. The 10.1-inch touch screen, the possibility to connect an external mouse & keyboard, and the integrated web server make the operation easy and comfortable.
