Interfacing a 20 years old Z80 based Thermometer to IoT world

Using an existing 20+ year old thermometer based on Zilog Z80 CPU, with sniffing the actual shown temperature on the LED interface with an ARDUINO MEGA and sending all data to IoT with ESP32
