Conditions of Participation

Your registration is binding. Shortly after sending your registration form, you will receive a confirmation of registration along with specific information on the event location, further details on the seminar/workshop agenda, and an invoice which is payable within 14 days. Please note that persons whose participation fee has not been paid will not be allowed to participate in the seminar/workshop.

Minimum number of participants: 10
In the unanticipated event that there are not enough participants registered, you will be informed immediately. Any participation fees already paid will be fully refunded.

Your reservation can be cancelled at no cost up to 6 weeks before the date of the event concerned. Written notice of cancellation is required (email, fax or letter). In case of late cancellation, the full participation fee is due and payable. Substitution of another person for a registered participant is possible. In such case, please advise us promptly of the name of the substitute.
