This car is still too fast to keep under speed limits, with a top speed of just under 320 km/h, but it emits about as much as a small compact car. It's clear Porsche is making a good move, offering the same horsepower with an extremely low carbon emission: 70 grams of CO2 per km, where the average CO2-emission of cars is supposedly 172g/km. It also puts this beast well under the Toyota Prius with an average output of 89g/km... I'd know what to pick.
It's still a concept car though, so don't ask me where or when to buy. If you really want to take a look - and are in the neighborhood - head on over to the Geneva Motor Show and find hall 6, it's there! If you can't, you'll have to settle with the video (like me):
