What you will do
- Discover opportunities: Identify new sales leads through networking, research, and active outreach, with guidance from the Sales Director.
- Showcase solutions: Present Elektor’s tailored products and services to potential clients, ensuring they align with client needs.
- Negotiate and close: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and finalize contracts to achieve individual and team sales targets, also personally at trade fairs.
- Analyze trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Teamwork and Strategic Collaboration: Support reports and projects while working closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies, enhance client engagement, and achieve impactful results.

- If you are passionate about technology, electronics and marketing in b2b.
- Fluent in English; German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
- Extensive sales experience, ideally in electronics or other industrial fields.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation and relationship-building.
- Commercially driven, analytical and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Optional 32- or 40-hour workweek (Mon-Fri, CET hours).
- Competitive salary with a performance-based bonus tied to individual targets.

- Flexibility: on-site, hybrid, or remote, with occasional travel to Aachen (DE) or Susteren (NL).
