Differentieller Tastkopf
Differentieller Tastkopf für Schutzkleinspannung
- Messung der Stromaufnahme in Low-Power Schaltungen
- Messung an differentiellen Datenleitungen, bspw. RS485, CAN oder SPE
- Noise < 100 nV/rHz
- Isoliert, jedoch 100 V Isolationsspannung ausreichend
- Spannungsversorgung: 5V USB (-Micro oder -C) sowie Akku
- gut verfügbare Bauteile
- Referenzspannungsquelle zur Kalibrierung
Possible applications:
- Measurement of current consumption in low-power circuits
- Measurement on differential data lines, e.g. RS485, CAN or SPE
- Noise < 100 nV/rHz
(commercial probes < 1000 € have Vrms of 10 to 50 mV or significantly more) - see elektor 5/94 p.12, 7/94 p.29, 7/15 p.58 and especially 7/16 p.52
- Bandwidth switchable in steps from 10 Hz to 50 MHz
- Isolated, but 100 V insulation voltage sufficient
- Power supply: 5V USB (-micro or -C) and rechargeable battery
- readily available components
- Reference voltage source for calibration
