PWM Step Up Converter
A step-up or boost converter circuit converts a low voltage into a higher value output voltage. With an input voltage in the range from 8 to 16 V this circuit produces an adjustable output voltage up to 42 V at approximately 1 A. It can for example be used as a mobile charger for up to three series connected 12 V Lead-Acid batteries.
