Your choice of Arduino or analogue electronics
In circuits that dissipate a lot of power, active cooling is generally the only solution. In other words: with a fan. To prevent wear and, more importantly, limit the noise, it is desirable to adapt the speed of the fan to the power to be dissipated. This requires some kind of controller. In this article we describe two versions: 'old-school' analogue and 'fashionable modern', using an Arduino with software.
