30m QRP CW transmitter
The joy of every QRP enthusiast is to be able to cover very long distances 'on a shoestring', that is, with a low power < 10 W) transmitter running from a battery, and operating in one of the HF amateur radio bands. AQRP transmitter, which greatly adds to. the excitement inherent in the radio hobby, is easy to build. The one described here is destgned for CW (morse) use in the 30-m (10-MHz)band, and forms a perfect cornplement to a portable general-coverage receiver al ready stowed away in the holidays luggage (which should also contain a length of antenna wire, say, 30 m or so).
