The Zephyr Project is one such RTOS, and it provides an open-source solution targeting various hardware architectures, including Cortex-M (like SAMD21, Arduino Uno Minima, STM32), Tensilica Xtensa (such as ESP32), and RISC-V. Designed for devices with limited resources, Zephyr is also developed with a strong focus on security.

Benjamin Cabé is a technology enthusiast with a passion for empowering developers to build innovative solutions. He has invented an award-winning open source and open hardware artificial nose that he likes to use as an educational platform for people interested in diving into the world of embedded development.
