AdvertisementThe Allegro ACS37100 is a high-performance TMR current sensor offering a bandwidth from DC to 10 MHz, making it suitable for fast control loops and high-speed switching applications. It features a ±2% sensitivity error over temperature and a rapid 50ns response time, ensuring precise measurements in dynamic environments.

ACS37100: Industry’s First 10 MHz TMR Current Sensor
The sensor provides 5000 V RMS isolation voltage between primary and secondary leads, supporting a basic working voltage of 1097 V RMS. Its SOICW-16 package includes a low-resistance integrated conductor (0.85mΩ) for minimal power loss. Additional features include an adjustable overcurrent FAULT output for hardware protection and a voltage reference output for differential measurements.

Operating from a 3.3V supply, the ACS37100 is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified and supports a wide temperature range from -40°C to +150°C. Applications include onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, solar inverters, and EV charging systems. Available at Mouser.
